Clearwater Counseling and Consulting, PLLC, is in network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Medicare.

Fees for or Adults and Teenagers:

• Initial Assessment (First Appointment): $150 cash, check, or credit
• Regular Therapy Session: $125 cash, check, or credit

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be billed. Exceptions may be granted in case of illness, emergency, or inclement weather.
